Md. Alif Ifteker Seaum Joined Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI) on 1st June 2023 as Research Intern as part of his academic program of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). Currently, he is working in BEI as a Research Assistant.

Along with working for BEI, currently he is pursuing his master’s degree in International Relations (IR) from Jahangirnagar University. He graduated from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) majored in Global Studies & Governance and minored with Anthropology.

Prior to joining BEI, Mr. Ifteker worked as Creative Executive of DA VINCI, a leading advertising agency. In 2020, he worked as junior website developer in DA VINCI CODEX which is a sister concern of DA VINCI.

Ifteker is a visionary, divergent and thinker. He has a strong pen and writes opinions regularly on various newspapers and blogging sites. He is also a renowned photographer and editor. He earned substantial real-world experience working with several high-profile individuals across Bangladesh. He collaborated with leadership teams, policymakers, and operations teams, gaining familiarity with political challenges, political advisors, execution problems, working methods, and social variances. His interests lie in domestic politics, international politics, and diplomacy.

While studying in Independent University, he was research assistant of Professor Imtiaz. Hussain held all the executive posts of every club of IUB and organized various national level events there.
