International Tolerance Day Rally and Discussion Sessions across 10 locations in Bangladesh

Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI), with financial support from the European Union, implemented the celebration of the International Tolerance Day on 16 November 2015, across 10 locations in Bangladesh. The locations are Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari, Mymensingh, Sirajganj, Pabna, Satkhira, Kushtia, Cox’s Bazaar, Bandarban and Chapai Nawabganj. BEI’s local partners helped to organise a Rally and Discussion Session in these locations.

The event was widely reported in national and local newspapers. The aim of the workshop was to acknowledge trained youths and local communities about the advantages of tolerant attitude towards individuals, religions, cultures, diversities etc.
