BEI, along with IRI hosted a total of six Discussion Forums in 4 different universities to facilitate open, informed and meaningful discussion within and among national and international scholars, academicians, CSO representatives, undergrad and graduate students from November 2018-April 2019.

Participants comprised primarily of students and faculty members of 4 universities. The following topics have been touched upon in the discussion forum:
