A three day training workshop entitled ‘Role of Youth in Preventing Radicalization and Violent Extremism’ was held from 3 March 2018 to 5 March 2018 in Sadullapur Upazila, Gaibandha. Thirty YFPSH members from two institutions of the upazila, Sadullapur Degree College and Bara Jamalpur Senior Madrasha participated in the workshop. The training workshop was held under the project named “Preventing Radicalization and Violent Extremism through Empowering Youth” implemented by Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI), Dhaka and funded by Global Affairs Canada.
