BEI in association with ICMA, Rupantor and PHWC organized a one-day training workshop entitled “Advanced Mentorship Skills Training and CRI Program Orientation” on 29 September, at Hotel Lakeshore, Dhaka with the 20 young mentors selected from the two pilot locations (Uttara and Syedabad).

The objective of the training was to enable the mentors for a better understanding on various aspects of the mentorship and to make them prepared how to use the mentorship skills with their mentees in upcoming days. The training enriched the trainees with detailed knowledge and understanding about resilience, development assets mapping, skills and qualities for effective mentorship, CRI psychosocial support, developmental relationship and CRI mentorship program, and possible challenges to the mentorship program etc..
